Tunisian Pebble Stitch ("tpebble")

Description: Pebble Stitches are fun stitches that add texture to a crochet work, making for interesting decorative pillows and stuffed animal toys. In tunisian crochet, pebbles are created in the return row using a series of carefully placed chain stitches. Pebbles can be created from any number of chains. The video demonstrates a small pebble made from 3 chains.

Directions: Work up a swatch with an even amount of chains. Then work a basic forward pass. Return Row: YO, pull through 1 loop, (YO, pull through 2 loops) twice, *ch 3, (YO, pull through 2 loops) twice* across. Forward Pass: Working in only vertical bars from previous row, tss in second vertical bar and in each st across, pushing all ch-3's in front of the hook.
