NexStitch™ was founded by Amie Hirtes, an award-winning Art teacher, photographer, and graphic designer. Amie's sassy and eclectic designs reflect her formal training and personal style. An avid crocheter at 9, she learned the craft from her great-grandmother, and has since shared similar experiences with her young students. NexStitch™ was born from a love for high fashion, modern design principles, and the desire to convey that love to others.

We specialize in creating trendy, affordable crochet patterns with directions in both step-by-step and easy printing formats. NexStitch™ patterns are professional quality and feature detailed, labeled pictures, enabling our customers to feel success in making their own creations. All patterns state skill levels, substitute yarn recommendations, and a "buy" list for the suggested yarn. Chosen yarns are typically mid-range in terms of pricing. Furthermore, every pattern is BETA tested before put into publication.
